"I had a good stay at this property. I really enjoyed the keyless entry and prompt staff response when I had a question. The interior could use a paint job but that is the only complaint I have. The location was perfect! The beach was my backyard.. Would book again."

"The location was good. Close to the beach. But you can tell that this is probably owned by a company since it doesn’t seem to show owner’s pride in the space. Moldy blender, not too clean, the sofa was sticky and old and worn. After two nights we found evidence of a rodent who had eaten half a banana and pooped under the sofa bed where my daughter’s boyfriend slept. After a whole day of calling, texting and insisting, I got us moved to a different and much better place. It was great that...

"Portofino resort property is beautiful. The condo has not been maintained. Have been vacationing at Portofino for 2 decades/many years and have never been in a three bedroom unit that has not been maintained like this unit. The carpets need to be removed and replaced. The kitchen dishes and utensils all need to be evaluated. The furniture needs to be maintained. The mattresses need to be replaced. I am not a complainer and generally satisfied, this unit should be reevaluated before being rented....

"This is a very quiet property that is just a short walk to the Hemmingway House and Southernmost Point for photo opportunities. With a longer walk or quick Uber ride, we found plenty of restaurants, museums and night life; including live music and views of a fantastic sunset."

"The inside was nice and had a nice courtyard view. The parking area was unkempt. Hard to find for us initially and for delivery drivers…not well marked at the entrance. Keypad lock entry was finicky. Very responsive staff via text."

"The condo was nice, it came with a great view. Be prepared to bring your own paper towels, paper plates, dish soap and bar soap. I didn’t like that check in was at 4 and check out was at 9….too early for me. I would definitely stay here again. The family and I loved it. "
