"Not having an elevator was not OK. Having the waterfall pool open to the public was terrible, and the music blaring so late at night was terrible.T along pizza off the.menunwaa disappointing. We loved this resort for so many years! We had not been back since Ian. We won't ever be back again. "

"The room , the location was fantastic, we called twice and even went to the front desk in person to get our towels replaced and garbage thrown out and no one came , other than that , it was great ! "
