"Liked that the cleaning crew worked around my needed time in the room.
Did not like the lack of amenities that I had when I stayed in the Ilunion 4 - I realized after booking that there were different room "levels" that would have given me more amenities, such as a fridge in the room and a couch - lesson learned for next time.
I also liked the "welcome water" in the lobby every day."

The coffee machine and vending machines in the foyer are a nice touch
We weren’t bothered about cleaning not being included, just cleaned the room ourselves and got fresh towels from reception. Minimal storage but not an issue for us as we just had a small suitcase each. Basically feels like a nice, private student accom room....

"Everything was great except for the onsite parking garage — very tight,steep and sharp turn to get in, getting out was even worse and if you drive a van, simply impossible!.. We had a mid size SUV and it fit just enough but the struggle was real especially if you have safety features that don’t allow you to proceed when bells and lights come on from being too close to anything (walls and other cars).
