"Overall okay. Hotel is quite old and in need of renovation. Comfy enough to sleep but other than that, acceptable. Being the only hotel available in Mersing, little choice but to stay there if you're catching the ferry to tioman."

"This hotel located at the strategic place on this island where minimum outsiders that walk by. If you really want to relax and chill with minimum activities, this is the place for you. This hotel is quiet even full house. Food is nice too The only thing that i'm not happy with is the toilet. It leaks and smells weird. The room will have different insects that come and visit (if you don't mind). "

"The staff were very pleasant. The food was ok. But there was a very unpleasant smell of sewage and burning plastic in and around our cabin. Our cabin was located at the back od the resort amongst accomodation for staff. At the back and to the side of our cabin were areas being cleared and burnt. These areas were unsightly, littered with rubbish and used to burn rubbish. The smell of burning plastic was inside our cabin. Most frustratingly the"
