"+ Friendly staff + Nice design + Very nice price + Balcony - There was nowhere to store luggage in the room. I don't mind a small room but it was a bit cramped with our suitcases. Storage under the bed could have been a solution. - The WiFi was unstable - The traffic from the highway outside was a bit loud"

"Fact checked for everyone! 1. room are small - erm.... i got quite a big queen room with complete facilities and tea or coffee. I booked standard queen room. 2. no hot water - water heater was available in the room but can see few defect at the water heater and the bathroom. overall was not bad 3. bedroom area condition - my room smells was normal, while bedding can see a little bit of stains. bed bugs is still there cause me scratch here n there... everything in the bedroom seems quite well...

"It was overall an okay stay, there was a mouldy smell in the corridors and the bedding linen. They were also out of soap, when I asked they said I could use the shower gel instead. Otherwise, the check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff members seemed friendly in person. Though the hotel in the pictures is the one near the city centre and this one was in Nilai. "

"My second stay as my flight got delayed and I'm glad I stayed here again. It is conveniently located near the airport and their are dining options next door. As it is a new hotel, everything was super clean and the facilities were great along with the staff!"
