"Property says pet friendly, but once there they then hit you with a pet deposit. I have been charged twice for my room over the agreed amount. Plus they charged 50 deposit I wasn’t made aware of. "Our room wasn’t cleaned until the fifth day of stay,I ASKED TWICE FOR IT TO BE DONE, I kept getting the same excuse that they had late checkouts outs and had a big group of basketball players, It shouldn’t be the norm to put out your own trash and dirty towels and go get your own fresh towels.I ask what are you paying for if you aren’t getting these benefits,it’s suppose to be a vacation."
