"We had a most splendid time at Djorff Palace. From the minute we arrived with the hotel’s river boat, we felt transported back in time. To a time where the dull uniformity of big corporate hotels did not exist. The architecture of the hotel is most elegant and the rooms are authentic and warm with their squeaky wooden floor, domed ceilings and the intricate wooden carvings on the balcony door and the windows. "I loved my stay here. Although the rooms are not very big, it was nice and quaint. The location is amazing, the staff very friendly and helpful. Also there is a restaurant at the rooftop with great views and really tasty food. "

"El hotel es muy cómodo y muy lindo, tiene servicio de buffet variada la comida, todo bien salvo su costo por la estancia me pareció exageradamente caro muy alto el costo de lo que pagas por el servicio que recibes considerando la cd de Aswan yo hubiera pagado la mitad del costo que maneja este hotel"

"Great location and amazing room with great and helpful staff. It can be a little difficult to find the entrance door but everybody on the island is very helpful. The little ferry runs every 10mins for only 10£. Great stay. We would come back! "

"Great Stay in Luxor, honestly for being in Egypt, its pretty decent especially; A/C, comfy bed, refrigerator, balcony; its not bad. Shower, sink and toilet area is decent but leaks at times (the seal in the shower area and door does not completely closed) however it does function and it doesn’t take away from you using the bathroom. Great Service (family owned) so you can ask them anything and they will provide to you! Extra toilet paper and shower shampoo gels you’ll have to ask for....

"Très bon séjour et très bon hôtel, le personnel est très sympathique et prêt à aider, surtout Mohamed de la réception. Le prix du transfert vers l'aéroport est correct. Le déjeuner est très complet. Possibilité de restauration à proximité. La rue est un peu bruyante mais rien de très dérangeant. Je recommande cet hôtel "

"I absolutely loved my stay here. It’s on the banks of the Nile River and my room had a beautiful balcony right in the water edge. The big windows made the view from my bed a 10. The property also has a free boat ride at 6:30. The breakfast was amazing and all the staff were first class. Very kind, helpful and hardworking. I enjoyed my one night here but wish it would have been more. Refugio from Washington State. "

"Tive uma excelente experiência durante minha estadia. Fui atendido de forma rápida e eficiente pela equipe, que demonstrou profissionalismo e cordialidade em todos os momentos. Os quartos eram confortáveis, bem limpos e equipados com tudo o que eu precisava. A localização do hotel também é um grande diferencial, com fácil acesso a pontos importantes da cidade. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente e recomendo a todos que procuram conforto e bom atendimento."

"The owner is very friendly and speaks perfect English. He arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the airport and bring us to the hotel. The area in front of the hotel is beside the river. There was some construction happening on the the building that was a little inconvenient at the entrance, but the room was great! Cold air conditioning, comfortable beds ample sized room with beautiful view of the Nile and boats out the window."
