"The Inn is quiet and relaxing, with beautiful rooms and grounds. It has views of the mountains to the East from the back patio and it is located only a couple of miles from the shops and restaurants in downtown Manchester. Your hosts serve you an excellent breakfast each morning of your stay that is included with you room rate."

"The property is very well maintained inside and out. My sleeping room and bathroom were very clean and just as cute as could be, nicely decorated and inviting with attention to your needs. Nice toiletries, hair dryer, and plenty of clean white towels and wash cloths. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere, nice pool, and close to town. "I loved my stay at the Harvest Barn Inn! It's a charming old fashioned place, with many modern aspects to the design. Thoughtfully crafted spaces. The breakfasts are outstanding! Three inspired high quality courses! They will cater to specific allergies, They made adjustments to work with my schedule. The front porch view of the river is inspiring. Altogether, a very satisfying stay!"

"Perfect stay. Hosts very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. We stayed just the one night as part of a road trip, visiting from the UK and found the Colonel Williams Inn a refreshing change from the larger corporate hotels and would have been more than happy to stay longer."

"It was a unique property for New England being built in 1800 so I was pleasantly surprised that my only complaint was hot water. That’s pretty common in a building that old. I was not disappointed at all and enjoyed my stay greatly."
