"My wife and I stayed at the hotel for over ten days between mid-May and June. Overall, the experience was mixed. The hotel is a bit old, but the location is extremely convenient. During our stay, the Duty Manager Kenneth Lien was very professional, thoughtful, and attentive which truly impressed us. By the way, the housekeeping lady on the 25th floor was also very friendly and kept everything very clean. David/Eva"

"It’s about a five minute walk to temple market. It’s in the heart of Kowloon. just outside the door it’s full of restaurants and shops. Plenty of good food to eat. You can walk in any direction running the street markets anywhere souvenir shops since it is in the center of everything. The room is small for one person. it was perfect usually in this area you never stay in your room the whole day you just go to sleep so the room was clean. Bathroom was updated. "The walking distance to MTR is around 10 to 15 mins. There are restaurants and shopping centers around the hotel. Recommend to change canned potable water to bottled one. Once opened, we could not cap it back again for later usage. Breakfast is almost the same selection everyday. "

Dash Living is a service hotel, rooms are adequately sized with a lot of storage (closets, cabinets).
