"It was hard to leave Hideaway! I had a few hickups and staff were very responsive. One was an airconditioner that broke down, the staff quickly moved me to another similar seaside bure. The other was on my second visit when I had left an major electronic device behind in my hotel in Suva. Staff at Hideaway jumped in to contact the hotel in Suva, ensure the item would be transferred to Hideaway the same day. That was a huge relief. all in all, I would recommend Hideaway and I would stay there...

"I was initially in another, similarly priced, hotel in Suva that was so unpleasant I decided to move. Capricorn was such a relief - the room is spacious, bright, well layed out and the view is spectacular. It was great to have an outdoor porch and to have the opportunity to prepare simple meals. "Mold and meldew on air conditioning leads, cannot bring any outside liquor in spite of not your favourite drinks in that expensive bar but a small cheap standard bar.
No hairdryer. Breakfast just a bread, butter, jam and three pieces of fruit on request. Taken photos if requested"

"Good spot on quiet road.
Beach & snorkeling across the road.
Rooms good size. The pool is nice and food at the restaurant is good.
Breakfast is basic. But easy walk to a few cafes etc.
It is good value for money place to stay."
