Next to the beach and some nice snorkeling from the shore. There is also a nice pool and sunbeds to sit out. There is a small supermarket and a few restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant is very good and is the only restaurant around with a good selection of vegetarian options. The best thing is the service, the staff were exceptional.

Fabulous stay, staff were fantastic and the location is stunning. The property is very well kept by several grounds staff and the free activities were a real bonus, especially the reef walks and water sports. We had one of our best ever holidays here.

Hidden gem! The rooms were large and clean...we stayed in the garden room which provided privacy. The food and cocktails were the best we had through Fiji. Beachfront with snorkeling right in front. Daily free tours. Felix was amazing. The entire staff was great! The hospitality of all the staff was too notch. The best place we have stayed at in Fiji.

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful time at Maui Palms resort. From the check in to check out everyone was very friendly, accommodating and personable. All the amenities are spectacular from the gorgeous pools to the beautiful villa surroundings which we were upgraded into for our anniversary. We are absolutely returning to this resort and strongly recommend a visit.

Fantastic staff. Very friendly. Location right next to corals, with lots of little fish having phenomenal colors, including iridescent blue. Note that while there are some gorgeous corals, and lots of beautiful soft ones, that beautiful hard ones are sprinkled about rather than wall to wall.

Absolutely incredible stay! The entire staff especially Norman, Felix, Aqu and the ladies were outstanding. Drinks cold, only ate once at resort during our stay (we had rental car) however the surf & turf was cooked perfectly. Resort vibe was great as we all were in chill mode. Very mature guests. Beach front snorkeling and kayaking was great. Evening walks were fun, many daily free activities and a local hangout called Craig’s palace and the thirsty Italian within a 8min walk. Will stay again!!!

Liked the place and if ever in Fiji again this is a place I would book again. Great service, enjoyed all my meals there, and prices were good. Meals come to you right on time and you get flexibility on where you want to have your meal. The hotel has coral reef right at its shore, lots of fish to see and beautiful coral. Some reviews mention rocks, but is more like coral off the shore. Let’s just say if you snorkel there, there is no need to book another expensive snorkeling outing. All round recommendation from me.

LOVED our stay at Maui Palms, which is a small and gorgeous place to rest and relax. Reef snorkeling right off the beach, fantastic staff members, good food (including gluten-free bread, which was a wonderful surprise for coeliac-me), filtered water on tap so no need to keep buying hideous plastic bottles of water, the beautiful Maui Jetty a short walk away, a beautiful pool and views to die for. What's not to love?!? Totally recommended :-)

We arrived early due to our flight and the manager was kind enough to let us check in early. The staff was very attentive and happy going, making our stay a fun time. Special mentions: Felix and Aku. We especially enjoyed the reef walk, snorkeling and cocnut husking and basket weaving. Very personal attention from the staff toward the guests. The room was specious and comfortable. Would be happy to come back.

Loved our experience in the villa! It is well designed and well-appointed. The staff are caring and attentive. The property and all pubic areas are impeccably maintained as well. Pack your beach shoes as you are on the Coral Coast and must maneuver around coral to get into the beautiful clear blue ocean and explore all of the amazing fish species - snorkeling is amazing. The Weather Network identified incorrect weather patterns prior to our arrival we were concerned about the weather being complete rainy - this was completely incorrect!! We saw rain on two days for relatively short periods of time. Hot, sunny, balmy, lovely weather in April!!

The staff were great. Management is poor. They only have 4 parking spots. In one spot the owner parks his car and the other the manager Neal. When we checked out, Neal didn't even ask us how i stay was or if we had any issues. The food quality was poor and wasn't worth the price. And no lights on walkways to your room. Beach was very dirty. Not good for swimming or snorkelling. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Gaps in rooms so bugs could get through. Also not good for air conditioning since windows didnt close properly.
