"I believe the hotel management—or at least the person responsible—should be replaced.
The elevator was out of service, and there was no notice or information posted about it, which was especially inconvenient since I was staying on the 8th floor.
The breakfast was disappointing. There was no fresh milk available, only poor-quality boxed milk. In addition, the food items were not replenished regularly. It would be better not to offer breakfast at all than to provide such inadequate...

"Staff was nice and helpful. James, one of the members on staff was a great help!! Due to unexpected circumstances, travel became stressful for me. James helped sort out my reservations and helped put me to ease.Thank you!!
My only complaint is I felt some of the furniture chairs/couches had too many stains and should be cleaned or replaced."
