"Its was freezing cold...the bedding was so insufficient for the climate in Taranaki lots of snow on the mountain so they didn't accommodate for that...the AC rattled & warmth was at a minimum...there was no hot water the system had broken down
Ibwentbto see the manager she wasnt available when we checked out...i left my number no responce as yet.
So bad...
I am expecting a refund of some kind but i cant reach the people so 🤔🤔"

"This hotel is nice and close to the city centre. We enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and the coastal walkway. The accommodation was spacious for our family and staff helped when we had issues with aircon and some supplies in our room. "

"Adequate room. Pub below noisy. Power sockets by bed don't work. Extraction fan in bathroom needs cleanout. Staff were lovely and was so appreciative of late checkin."
