"In desperate need of some attention. Walls were cracked and peeling. Ceiling tiles in bathroom were moldy and falling down. Electrical outlet pulling away from wall. Cobwebs. Hasn’t seen a new coat of paint in years and the last one was poorly down. I can’t say anything positive about the breakfast. Amy at reception was the one very positive exception to this place. She helped me to a arrange a cab even after she was done for the day!"

"Surprisingly, not bad at all. Although the hotel is basic, I must say it is clean and comfortable. However, there are a few areas that could be improved: 1. Shower/water pressure (we were on level 4). 2. TV channels – the picture quality was very poor, and none of the channels were enjoyable to watch. 3. More seating – adding more chairs or at least a couch in the family room would be great. 4. Provide slippers since the room is carpeted. Overall, our stay was okay. We might consider coming...

"Value for money, nice and comfortable room. However, toilet seat is broken and no wifi in the room. Car park is full when we came back to the hotel at around 11.30pm. However the staff is kind enough to allow us to park at the next building."

"The front desk staff allow me to check-in on 3.45 pm while I already inform them that I will check in at 1 pm if it's possible. Need to wait for quite sometimes for them to prepare the room. Despite the staff allow me to check in quite late (almost 4pm), the staff keep on highlighting that we must check out at 12 pm. I quite disappointed with this. I found a bed bug during my stay there. Other amenities provided are good, iron is provided as per request. "

"Went with my children, the girls enjoyed the room, loves the art in the hotel and rooms the view from the room was amazing as we stayed at the 3rd floor with seaview, its a family room and the hotel is nearby famous seafood restaurant, one is linked to the hotel another is 1 min walk away, so convenient, it was raining the day we arrive, all we need to do is to walk up for dinner. In summary, we had a relaxing vacation."

"The hotel is great. The place is clean and comfortable. This price is consider cheap for the place and the service provided. If you want to stay in this hotel, please make sure that you have your own transport because the place is about 10 minutes from the town. I dont think the hotel have wifi inside the room, there is only wifi provided outside the room and lobby."

"The house itself was comfortable and nicely furnished. Bedsheets were clean and towels provided. Check in was easy and communication with owner was good. However a few things need to be done to make it a better stay. Firstly, there was dust at all the window frames and on the fans - my sister who was allergic to dust sneezed throughout the stay. There was no water heater in both the bathrooms at the house - this was not an issue for my family, but it would have been much more comfortable if...

"the room is very spacious. 2 queen bed with more spaces to fool around with my kids. we are comfortable with our stay. its just that there is not much option for the TV channel. other than that, all is good. the staff is also approachable."

Excellent Stay

"Located at a very convenient location. Having a popular food court by itself. The Taiping Sentral Mall is just across the street. Easy parking as there are ample of spaces surrounding it. A short drive to get to almost all the major attractions in Taiping. The room is spacious and clean. Everything works. The staff are also very friendly and polite. Can’t ask for more for their very competitive pricing. Will definitely bring my family back here again."
