"We enjoyed Hotel Loa. It’s peaceful, serene, and the staff are very friendly. It’s about 1 hour from Vik so travellers need to plan their road trip accordingly. The bar tender we had one evening was a true cocktail artist. As it was our anniversary we appreciated his knowledge and artistry. Note to travellers: the property was safe and clean but there wasn’t a safe in our room and the hanging space was limited."

"Hotel Fron is located close to most of the attractions tourist want to visit. The room I had was a little small, but perfectly useful for my purposes. The shower controls didn't work in the first room I was given, but staff quickly put me in a new and better room. The food in the hotel is very good. The front desk staff were very helpful."

"Good location next to the big church and walkable from the BSI bus station where the bus from Keflavik goes to. Lovely room with really comfy bed. Very quiet at night too. Shower was great once I managed to get hot water coming out. Although the TV worked fine there were few channels to choose from. Continental breakfast was nice with plenty of choice.
