"Overall, I had a good experience at Chateau Lacombe. The property was well kept, the rooms were decent, and the staff were absolutely wonderful and very helpful.
There were a couple of things that could be improved. The parking garage felt a bit shady and could use some attention. Also, there doesn’t seem to be proper ventilation in the bathrooms. If you take a hot shower, the steam can build up enough to potentially trigger the alarm, which is definitely something to be aware of.

"Staff were so kind and helpful. The hotel is getting dated style wise, but room was comfortable, clean and cool views.
We travelled with our dog, and there was no outdoor space. It was concrete everywhere. Nothing they can fix, but just a tip for others. It was highly inconvenient trying to find space for her."
