"Overall, the property was great. Our only complaint about the room is that the sensor lights would randomly go off on you - think while in the shower, etc - and not come back on with movement. This happened at least a few times.
Our biggest complaint and reason we would not give a higher score is that the Friday night bartender experience was not good. She was not personable whatsoever. After first having to clear it with a manager, she finally turned on the NBA finals game. Everything was fine...

"Hotel is located near a runway, so plane noise all day and night. Room does not keep temp, so up all night fiddling with it. It is not well lit, and situated behind a shopping outlet, so unsafe to access alone at night. The shower has no ventilation so walls were sweating. Finally, the hotel landline did not connect to front desk, just gave a constant busy signal then hung up on you."
