"Staff was excellent especially Areli Charmaine Chris and Edgar. Rooms were a bit on the small side and beds seemed more like a double than a queen. Overall the stay was great! I would stay here again"

"Hotel was under construction so no amenities were available. No notice was provided in their welcome email that there were no amenities. No restaurant, you were expected to pay full price meals and eat in the hotel lobby cafe bar. One elevator not working. Ice machine on the floor not working. Fridge not working and the path from the garage to the hotel was closed off.
I have always had good experiences with this hotel but this year was terrible."

"I stay here at least once a year and I enjoy the hot pools which are clean and well-maintained. The room is always clean and working properly too with plenty of space. It’s not a fancy place but it’s friendly, reliable, and affordable. The restaurant food wasn’t as well-prepared this time as from previous visits, but I like the selection and the prices."

"We would have appreciated if the front desk staff pointed out that there is no bell hop service and bringing the luggage rack to your room is DIY, so instead we waited for an hour to get our luggage upstairs. The valet service was wonderful and accommodating of my needs. The room 603 was awkward regarding the inability to isolate the toilet from the rest of the room due to the open back entrance to the bathroom."
