"The property was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. I especially liked that my room had a sliding glass door leading directly to the parking lot, which made bringing my luggage in and out very easy.
The only downside was the check-in experience. The front desk associate could use some additional hospitality training. He avoided eye contact and was on his personal phone having a conversation, which made me feel like I was interrupting him just to check in. He also spoke very...

"Location and view was supreme! Food at The Hatch at hotel was excellent! Rooms were small but newly refinished. Shopping in Watch Hill less than 10 minutes away. Will definitely be back!"

"Really enjoyed the stay but had two comments. 1) the kitchen exhaust fan ran right outside our window from mid morning until about 10 pm every night. Had to run music pretty loud to drown it out. Could hear the water lapping on the beach when it was not running. Would not have minded if they were creating incredible food but unfortunately 2) the one lunch we ate on site was just ok. Seems like the oil they were using for the fries was old. You know that bad taste I am talking about."

"The Aqua Blue need to work on their maintenance program. This was not our first stay at the Aqua Blue. The rooms need a lot of maintenance. IE: door not closing properly due to hinge coming unscrewed, stains in rugs, chair and chaise in room outdated and worn. Although the staff and location were great, they would need to do make some major changes for us to stay there again."
