"Good central location very close to Russell Square tube station. The hotel provides great value and high standard of accommodation. However, our stay coincided with a high Sunmer temperatures in London and the bedrooms have no air conditioning, although a fan was provided, but this inadequate. During the booking process there was no reference to there being no AC in the bedrooms. I’d recommend this hotel but not during June through August."

"After this stay I wouldnt choose anywhere else. Great deal and so easy to get to and from terminals at Heathrow (hint - use the Elizabeth Line its free and one stop with a very short walk from the hotel lobby in a covered tunnel). Breakfast and also our evening food were great quality and the room was fantastic. Its a giant hotel though and our room was quite a long walk from the elevator."

"Check In war unterbesetzt und dadurch kam es zu einer Wartezeit von einer Stunde. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht ordnungsgemäß. Der Lift war defekt. Das Apartment wurde auch nicht gründlich gereinigt und man sah noch die Glasrandabdrücke der Vorgänger am Nachtkasten. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen."

"Easy location to get to by bus from Heathrow. It does cost some money to take the bus. I thought I’d read it was a free shuttle from the airport. Room was great. If it’s hot, ask for an extra room key card so air conditioner won’t shut off when you leave the room. All else great, Comfy bed, extensive morning buffet. Decent price, especially considering expensive London prices. Would recommend. 👍"

"Room was stinking, stains all over the carpet, bath was stinking full of black pieces so didn't even use the shower as I didn't want to stand in there, room was really outdated, hotel was really run down, reception area was nice but the hotel it self is really outdated and run down, bed was comfy but room felt really dirty, stinking around the window areas, breakfast was ok not much choice but it was ok, fruit flies come out of the grapes. I wouldn't stay here again."

"I arrived with two 50lbs (23kg) checked bags (I was in Italy for a month). I had to go up 4 steps pulling them up in order to check in. I was given a room on the 7th floor.
