"Hotel was beautiful! Location was prime. Weather was pouring rain for our stay so not great. Meredith the Concierge worked wonders getting us a reservation to our top pick for restaurants 22 Bowen. It did not disappoint! We used the hotel’s large gym before an amazing dinner. Free WiFi required a bonvoy membership (which is free) but slightly annoying."

"Check in was chaotic. I’m the staff called the room phone at 11:05pm stating they needed me to come back to the front desk for additional information. I asked the manager why they would call and wake me and my young child up past 11 pm for a reservation that had been paid for weeks in advance. They don’t tell you there are additional fees to use the beach / pool. The hallway smelled like cigarettes and many guests had barking dogs. Certainly not worth the price. "It is a neat property with a great location right on tje harbor, and in walking distance to many of the restaurants and coffee/ice cream shops, which are very close to the property. It was fun walking around and going to see the gingerbread cottages nearby as well. It was just me staying there, [on a business trip ], so the room was fine for me, but it’s very small overall. "Room was clean and nice enough. However, all of the fitness room equipment was out of order. Cable on TV didn’t work for first two days. Hotel policy is to not do daily room cleaning and needs to be specifically requested. Was not aware of that when booking. Overall hotel could use some updating like new hallways carpeting or other aesthetics etc."
