"We arrived to check in and were informed that our room was under construction, rather than assign another room at the facility we were relocated to another hotel down the road. All excursions were booked to pick us up at Oakes and due to late minute relocation we had to keep going to Oakes to get picked up. Additionally when going to other hotel parking was off site and were double charged so now I need to also call after the holiday to get credited…."

"This hotel is not nearly as decent as advertised. The beds are a ROCK. I love a firm mattress and this was almost impossible to sleep on. The pillows were flat. My mother's room had flying ants everywhere. When I booked I selected the "pay at the hotel" option, but the lady at the front desk told me they already charged my card anyway and they don't abide by the "pay at the hotel" policy. The breakfast was sub-mediocre at best. The whole hotel is dated and musty. I wouldn't recommend this hotel...

"Property and room was not clean, bugs everywhere due to dirtiness. Also booked at falls view but they gave us a room that was clocked by another one of their building so no view of falls. When asked, I was told they are all booked for rooms with a view. Was not advised of this earlier and as I was pre-paid, they gave me no other option. Even thou they said they were fully booked, the lady said if I paid additional, I can get fallsview room. Clearly they were lying. Didn’t even give us new towels...

"Very clean and comfortable room. Good location close to lots of restaurants and short walk to shows at Fallsview Casino. Nice observation deck on the 25th floor offers a great view of the falls. Only small drawback is the lack of parking on site. You can self drive to the nearby lot about 1 kilometre away and take a shuttle back for 35 dollars or a valet will look after the parking but charge $100."
