"The restaurant was good - especially the blacked salmon (subbed for the chicken on a Caesar salad) and the black bean burger. The staff at the desk were always pleasant and helpful with every question regarding local and airport transportation as well as luggage storage after checkout on my last day. Once in my room, it was quiet and the showers were hot no matter the time of day!"

"The pool is much smaller than the photo. Also too crowded and chlorinated for my group to use/enjoy. Check in was a disaster and they didn’t offer to accommodate or make up for the 3 hour delay. We did not get the rooms that we booked thru Expedia but the hotel itself wasn’t willing to help resolve the issue they just gave me a phone number to take care of it myself. Very disappointed as this was a spring break staycation meeting up with friends and the kids. "

"3 staff members said there be 2 shuttles since we had a party of 12. We paid for the stay and fly. Got to the lobby in the morning and there was only 1 shuttle. The staff member that was working apologized and said they only ever run 1 shuttle and didn’t have any idea why we would have been told different. Hotel is outdated but kind of neat that way. Our room didn’t have a working thermostat so it was cold when we got in and hot the morning we left. Bar in the hotel is cool and great service. "

"Check in was ok as it was only for one night and most of it was done through Expedia. The best thing about this restaurant is the bar/ restaurant staff. We haven’t been to that location in a couple years, and the bartender/waiter remembered us. He is always friendly. The breakfast was great and the hostess at that time was amazing as well. Parking was fine although we were there later due to flight delays but still enough parking spaces available. "

"We had booked this hotel after staying at the Hyatt Detroit Royal Oak. Wrong decision… the website showed a bar, the eatery restaurant, and a pool. We arrived in the evening and planned on just eating at the hotel.
