"Very nice property. Rooms were excellent and roomy. The bar area downstairs was very nice and the bartender was friendly. "

"The staff were amazing. Someone was always at the front desk. My only concerns were the hallway to the rooms were so hot that it felt like we stepped into an over. The rooms were clean but the carpets in both rooms had stains. They looked looked like animal urine stain that they'd tried to clean. "

"Amazing staff. Every single person was very friendly and kind. Great location to downtown Phoenix. Complimentary shuttle was a great convenience. The bed could have used a little more cushion, but otherwise a great stay. "

"The facility is older, and you do not have to worry about rooms being overly cold. This is probably the downside of the facility. The "office center" consisted of one working computer and was very hot to work in. This area was the workout room, which was limited. I need to print out a bunch of documents for an appointment. Which is the reason I was there. The location, because of my needs, was very suitable and served my purpose, plus it was very reasonable in cost. The staff was very helpful...

"This is a great hotel - huge suites, buffet breakfast included, clean rooms, great staff. This was my 10th stay here, I give the hotel 4 out of 5 stars, it’s really a 4,5 out of 5. The only negative is parking - spaces can be hard to find if you are parking late at night. "

"Only one night, but everything was great. First time at this hotel brand, and I was really pleased with the room and the free breakfast. Air conditioning worked great, which was important in the 115 degree heat."

"The apartment itself is nice and has many of the items you would want to cook. They did include some usual items like coffee, teas, shampoo/conditioner, and soap. I can confirm it can get loud around the premise, mostly drunk people walking by or cars speeding by. I would not recommend this location for a light sleeper. I throughly enjoyed my stay though and would stay again. "
