"I was not given the room I had reserved 2 months in advance(reserved Feb 8, check-in the April 22nd, checkout April 26th). The room we were given was absolutely filthy. Dust, crumbs and garbage under both beds as well as the frames/boxsprings being broken. Gatherings of hair and food crumbs in the coners and along the walls. Ramen noodles and silly string behind the main door. Soda spray on the wall and light fixture above the sink. Stuff leaking out from the exposed side of the extremely loud...

"With the exception of Ethan, the front desk staff we interacted with were rude and, in one case, simply abusive. We had to move rooms three times due to booking issues and were told we had to leave after one of our two nights before Ethan found the error.

"This is an older hotel that seems to have been updated nicely. My room was on the first floor and was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was updated and fresh. Breakfast was 6-10am and they had a great selection of hot and cold items to choose from. The coffee was fantastic. Craig, at the front desk, was friendly and efficient. "The room was clean. The desk clerk was very friendly. The hotel has been recently updated, but more of a quick, but not well-done or thorough update. Some details like carpet edging was lacking.
The in-shower shampoo and conditioner were both empty."
