"Tried for over an hour to call for shuttle from airport and no answer with two people continuously calling. When finally phone answered and shuttle arrived the driver was not only irritated to come, but drove fast and aggressive entire war to hotel. Then to top it off the shuttle reeked of Marijuana! Beds were rock hard and very low water pressure. Also thin walls. Could hear person in next room every time they went to the bathroom."

"It was excellent! They had a complimentary happy hour with snacks, which was great for both kids and adults. The location was perfect, and having a 24-hour CVS right across the street was super convenient. The breakfast was very good, but the chef really stood out with the amazing omelets. The apple donuts were the cherry on top! Room service was perfect as well, and they even brought us extra sweets for our kids, which was such a thoughtful touch."

"The two girls working there were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond for us and the other guests by helping us get the shuttle to the concert, making sure we were all happy with drinks etc… you could tell that they really cared . "The staff was friendly. They had the wrong room for us when we went to check-in, so we had to wait another 30+ minutes to check-in. That was frustrating, but we were offered a beverage and snack for each of us. Once you get past the lobby, the space is dated, but everything was clean. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms are small, but overall the space was nice. It’s walkable to downtown and the restaurants, which was great. "

"The hotel itself was nice, just as pictured & conveniently located, served its purpose. The room was nice a bit larger than expected & beautiful river view however to be a newer I was surprised that our initial room smelled like mildew/mold.
