"You would expect a hotel of this caliber to have working washers and dryers for its guests. However during my stay there was only 2 washers and 1 of was for employees only. Thats unacceptable! The room i stayed in while a decent view the walls and floors weren’t as good looking they were dirty. Now the security here at the hotel is nice i didn’t feel uncomfortable once. The Sky Lounge is nice and there’s even a convenience store on the first floor. If you got money to burn i recommend staying...

"Right across the street from Gwangali Beach. Very convenient location next to shops/restaurants along the beachfront. Very friendly staff. Many people discuss the hotel only having 2 elevators; personally, I never had issue with having to wait more than a minute. Busan is much more spread out but thankfully the subway station is about a ~10 minute walk from the hotel and is extremely easy to take and get around. No laundry on site but there are 24-hour laundromats nearby (if needed, check out...

"The room was very small for three persons and felt a bit stuffy; however, it was manageable. When we got to the room it had some odor which the staff could have turned on the AC prior to our check-in to eliminate the odor. The carpet has a lot of stains which make it look dirty. Once we turned on the AC which took some time to cool off the room the odor went away. The bathroom also had some odor but luckily there’s a linen freshener in the closet we used it to kill the odor. As for the staff,...
