"We have stayed in the world’s best hotels and Montana’s worst hotels (kid sports) but we have never stayed in a less hospitable property. The two men repeatedly working the front desk were rude and unpleasant in all interactions and treated requests for adequate towels and bedding with disdain and/or outright refusals. "The room was very clean and comfortable. You can tell a recent renovation happened here. The location is great and easy to access restaurants and shops downtown. Parking was very accessible. I didn’t think I’d like not having staff working there and a front desk, but I’m a big fan now of having a key code to get into the building and my room! The fridge, microwave, and tea kettle were great in the room. Also there’s a stunning view out the front of the hotel!"

"Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We paid over $300 for one night because we were in town for the marathon. As soon as we walked in, there was a strong odor, the couch was badly stained, and the room felt dirty. After walking barefoot for a short time, I looked at the bottoms of my feet and they were black.

"The pool was great for 12 year old kids, loved the slide. One bedroom suite was spacious and bathroom was huge- fantastic! Breakfast ended too early so we missed that, but it was a great stop over on a road trip."

"Property is undergoing renovations and it’s messy plus the hallways smell like construction work. We were in a renovated room but the quality of work is questionable. Items hung crooked, toilet paper holder already falling off the wall…..
