"I called the front desk clerk to ask how to stop a blinking light on the phone. I did what he told me to do and it did not work. he said he would come up and fix it but i waited a half hour and called again. I told him never mind cause I wanted to go to sleep. That's the only complaint that i have. Everything else was ok."

"Even though it was an inner city hotel, everything about our entire stay was great. The room was very quiet, beds were comfortable and there was handicapped parking right outside the side door. The clerk at the desk also monitored the camera i the parking lot with cameras all night long, so he could make someone aware if anyone was tampering with their vehicle."

"The location was ideal being out of the city and near a new shopping plaza with great restaurants and shops, but the hotel was clean but in need of a renovation. The elevator was pretty chewed up, and the hotel room bathrooms were very outdated. Staff was very helpful and the hotel was quiet, which was probably because there were only about 20 cars in the parking lot. The price was high in this area for the quality of the rooms."

"Staff is excellent . Breakfast is very good. Common areas of hotel seem well maintained. The rooms have been updated with very nice kitchens and bathrooms. However, there were stains on the ceiling and paint needed touching up in our room. The bathroom and kitchen were clean but all the doors in the room needed a good scrubbing.
