"Individual villas with parking out front. Our double villa was a great size. A queen bed and single bed. Kitchenette with microwave, cooktop, electric frypan, kettle and toaster. Our villa was opposite the golf course so was super quiet and we entered the golf course for dinner through a coded gate. We felt really safe. The pool was undergoing renovations so we didn't use it (of course) Staff at reception super friendly. We are staying again on our return trip."

"The actual place looks like it shouldn’t be open, looks like a construction site but nothings being done. The one room that looks like it’s to be used that we were given smelt like it had been completely coated in bleach it was that strong that it burnt the nose hairs. We gave the key back and the person there asked why, we said we decided to keep going - not happy at all and wasted $200!!"

"This was a unique experience of an outback homestead. Great for a couples retreat or a friends gathering. Absolutely beautiful panorama and off the main track.

"THE " Heavitree Gap Outback Lodge " was just such a refreshing place to stay at minimal cost. The staff at reception "LESLIE AND PAGE were so helpful and refreshingly honest in their attitude towards customers and their respective jobs.
The cleaning and room preparation was excellent and the cleaning staff were most obliging in providing extra service if there was a requirement.. such as sugar, tea, milk, blankets etc.
Kudos to the groundsmen for their efforts to keep all clean and tidy."
