"It took a while to figure out how to work the shower. Once we did, we never got water warm enough to actually shower under. The hotel is okay and the staff were all good. But no hot water in the shower (regardless of time of day) is not okay. "

"Clean room and excellent service. I did get a couple of cockroaches in the room after it rained but maybe it is expected from a sub-tropical place. They allowed me a late checkout which was great.
