"When I got there, the elevators weren’t working. Which meant I had to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs. I was on the second floor so it wasn’t that many steps but I could only imagine those who stayed higher than me."

"The hotel is in a wonderful location: great neighborhood, supermarket across the street, lots of stores and places to eat nearby, and great public transportation (including metro to the airport within 3 blocks). The staff was very friendly. We even had a problem with one of the beds and they went above and beyond to fix it very quickly. The breakfast was great! The room could have had another chair (had just one for a double room), and maybe a slightly bigger table, but it's very small details....

"Terrible bathroom modular insert. Room was airless, and despite 32c degrees temperature (90f), air-conditioning was not turned on ('not the season yet' we were told). Had to open the room door to the hallway, and the room window to the alley. Room was very cramped and without sufficient electrical plugs (one by the bed, one in the "bathroom"). No refrigerator, no microwave, no table, no coffee machine, one chair, and a very uncomfortable sofa bed. Limited parking (typically an extra fee)....
