"This was perfect for us. We loved the property and the animals. The location was great with a short walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our evenings on the patio. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a fabulous horseback riding adventure with Reuben. A simple breakfast was provided. They had lots of beach stuff available to use like chairs, mats, snorkeling gear, bug spray, lotion. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The location was wonderful. Pool clean and fun. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The only drawback I would touch on is that our room was for four guests but the second bed was a pull out couch that was not comfortable. For kids maybe since they typically can sleep anywhere but adults not so much. "

"This was a perfect spot for my first solo trip to Puerto Rico. It’s a very short walk to seven seas beach. Plenty of people watching and food. If you want to escape the crowd, just keep walking down the beach maybe 5-10min walk along the shore. The condo is clean and the host responded right away when I had questions. I had an amazing visit and cannot wait to come back. "

"When we showed up we initially could not find the location as it was surrounded by a few abandoned houses. After finally finding it we found it to be locked and there was no front staff to let us in. This location is not a hotel, it is more of an abandoned house. When we called the phone number there was no answer. Had to stay in a different hotel that night, please do not book here."

"Check in and check out were easy. The condo was in a good location, within a few minutes of the marina and 30 minutes of the rainforest, and 20-25 minutes of Luquillo and Seven Seas Beach, which were beautiful beaches to see. The cleanliness of the condo itself was lacking. There was still trash from the previous renter and we had to purchase laundry detergent and dish sponges ourselves. The AC was also very loud in the living room, which prevented us from using it most of the time we were in...

"The team from Expedia should really go see this place before offering it to the Expedia customers. We depend on you and trust that you have done your part before booking your clients. The place is semi abandoned with two out of the four buildings boarded up and broken windows and the place really needs a good cleaning and painting,new roof, power washing exterior and so on. "I just checked out today. Dissatisfied with Expedia stars on this property since that’s the way most of us choose. This property can’t be above 4 ever. I arrived to an unit of two bedroom with bathroom and informed one of the showers wasn’t working and won’t be fixed . The place is really run down and need attention. The bathroom that was broken even if it wasn’t I would have allowed my daughter to use it. We found sand in her sheets but arrived late at night so slept over the sheets to be safe....
