"The whole stay was lovely but in particular I want to thank the woman who checked us in. We arrived an hour earlier than planned and she was getting ready to leave. She stayed to check us in, and throughout our stay was friendly and helpful, asking if we wanted housekeeping or an early breakfast on the day we left. I wish I could name her but I hope she knows how much we appreciated her help."

"The owners were incredibly helpful & kind. The apartments were perfect for a short or long holiday. There is an Aldi, Lidl & other supermarkets within easy walking distance. Shower had plenty of hot water, bed was comfortable. Car parking on street was great. About a 20-minute walk to the aqueduct in Segovia, it was easier than trying to park in the city. "Instalaciónes de la epoca medieval, limpieza pesima, empleados antipáticos excepto la chica rubia flaquita, y el peor el calvo con gafas, lo unico que merece la pena es la piscina, pero eso lo encuentro en cualquier lugar, el autoservicio extremadamente caro, de noche mejor no salir sin linterna, apenas hay farolas y andas a oscuras, en general todo en muy mal estado y nada de mantenimiento"
