"This hotel is not up to the Best Western Plus standard you would expect. Furniture was worn, tub/shower was old and stained. My husband found and killed a cockroach as he entered the room, but didn’t tell me until we checked out the next day. He did tell the front desk staff but they had no reply. The pool and hot tub were nice in the evening. The hot tub jets weren’t working in the morning. Breakfast was good."
