"We stayed 5 nights at Hotel Margarita. We had them (Alberto) book our tours and found that if you pay cash (dollars or colones) you save some money on your tours. We did the snorkeling (well worth the money!) - 4 different snorkeling stops, an island stop and a wonderful lunch at a local restaurant. Corcovado Park tour - make sure and take shoes to get wet getting in and out of the boat, as well as shoes to wear while touring the park (they provide a lunch at the part and you are not allowed...

" Bel hôtel situé dans le haut du village. Propre et bien tenu. Boulangerie et épicerie à 20m; des restaurants bien notés dans les environs à distance de marche."

"Basic hotel so not for the luxury travelers but bed was comfy and shower good. Has a patio where I could sit and watch birds in the trees. Owner very friendly- made me breakfast every day and provided rides to and from ferry and airport for a small extra fee. Great base for doing Corcovado activities "

"Magnifique séjour dans un endroit paradisiaque ! Le lieux est extraordinaire avec une forêt verdoyante et des plages superbes. Les repas servis sont littéralement à tomber ! Bravo au chef Eduardo! Le réceptionniste, Josué, est vraiment chalereux et souriant. Il est très à l'écoute et a été d'excellent conseil. Nous avons dormi dans la tente qui n'est pas la plus confortable des chambres, mais nous avons passé un séjour fantastique!"

"Wer Luxus mag ist hier falsch. Sehr einfache Unterkunft im Jungle mit einem so herzliche lieben Gastgeber. Das Essen ist toll die Lage im Jungle sucht ihres gleichen. Die Touren die Angebot werden sind definitiv authentischer als jene welche man in der Sirena Station geboten bekommt. ( die Tierdichte ist hier allerdings geringer und wie bei Wildtieren natürlich auch Glückessache) Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist schon das erste Abenteuer...Parkplatz steht kostenlos zur Verfügung ca 10 Minuten von der...

"Beautiful views when you stay at the top guesthouse. Communication was not good and transportation is limited so pre arrange. The food is good but may close early in off season. I did see a few bugs but over all the place was clean and the air from fans and AC units helped allot"

"Tres bel endroit, personnel attentionné et très gentil, le barman et manager Mario est toujours disponible pour repondre aux questions et organiser des tours. À quelques pas de ma plage, la nourriture est excellente, que ce soit au dejeuner au diner ou au souper. Seul petit bémol, il n’y a pas d’air climatisée dans les chambres donc un peu chaud mais il y avait tout de meme un ventilateur. "

"Notre chambre était située au milieu d un parc ombragé..avec oiseaux...et la mer à moins de 200m ..une plage superbe..loin du bruit et du tourisme.Chemins de randonnée.. Vous vivrez en contact direct avec la famille qui gère ces lieux...personnes très sympathiques,agréables et accueillantes.. Nous avons passé 2 jours loin de la civilisation...les repas peuvent être pris en famille ou dans un soda proche. Ces 2 jours chez eux ont été super... REMARQUE TRES IMPORTANTE.....L ACCÈS À CES LIEUX SE...

"Casa pequena is a lovely place held by a genuinely nice young couple. For nature and simplicity lovers this place is like heaven. Comfort is basic overall and the owners offer the option to have lunch and dinner on site with good local food. Internet access is a scare ressource only accessible from the main building for the time being but you don't really go there to spend your day on social networks. This is better to have your own car and a 4x4 is needed to access the site and the beaches...

"Return trip after many years. Hear/see ocean from room. Wildlife easily spotted.housekeeping and gardens were very clean. Rooms well constructed especially bathroom ( nothing fancy but solidly built). Customer service and waitstaff need hospitality training. Guests seemed like an inconvenience.(Booking and administration were very responsive helping with Corcovado tour. ) Unfortunately,if the only contact a guest has is with employees that seemingly don’t want to be there then the whole place...
