"Nossa experiência na pousada infelizmente não atendeu às expectativas. Durante a estadia, percebemos o desaparecimento de algumas bebidas que estavam dentro do nosso cooler que deixamos na varanda do quarto. Comunicamos o ocorrido ao proprietário, porém não houve uma solução ou retorno satisfatório sobre o caso.
O que mais nos deixou frustrados não foi apenas a situação em si, mas a falta de atenção e de providências para tentar esclarecer o ocorrido. Acreditamos que um bom atendimento envolve...
