"Check in was difficult with a person who we had trouble understanding due to a very heavy accent and who appeared to have difficulty with our expedia reservation. "We have stayed at this property many times but 2 years ago and this year we noticed a decline in upkeep. The lady at the front desk was friendly and efficient. The breakfast wasnot up to standards of the past. Only apples for fruit choice, no real cream for coffee and only a few slices of white bread and plain bagels. I'm sorry to say we won't stay there again."

"The ac/heat units need updating, they are loud with blinking lights, it also referenced using a wall thermostat to control however there was no wall thermostat. The breakfast is even more lacking since Hilton took over. The breakfast was never great there but previous to Hilton there was at least multiple flavours of yogurt cups, varied individual packaged cereals and milk cartons, juice."

"The room was clean but needed updating. With no inside access to the breakfast bar it made it harder for someone disabled to access it. Once in our vehicle, we were ready to head out. The shower was nice but difficult to regulate and the water would change temperature without touching it. The young lady at the front desk, the only person we saw, was absolutely wonderful."

"The hotel was conveniently located close to the highway, and it was surprisingly quiet given that location due to the many semi trucks on that stretch of the road. We did stay on a Sunday night so that may have had something to do with the lack of noise. The breakfast was very adequate. The room was very clean.
