"Great hotel in a perfect location. 8min walk to the main area so it’s not as crowded and has the local restaurants 1min away. 3min walk to the beach. New renovations were very nice; hotel was very clean, modern, with a great shower. Staff was amazing with great recommendations. Across the street from a local supermarket to buy water. "The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to have our room available early so we could check in after an early morning flight. "The room didnt look like on the photos at all. It gave us a spartanic impression. Very sober and cold. The bathroom was a disaster. You took a shower and it was literally flooded. The pool was milky green of color and could not be used. We sent emails twice, but they could not resolve the issue. We asked for a compensation since we booked the hotel because it has a pool. But the request was ignored until now. Breakfast was very good and staff was friendly in general."
