" Room was dated but clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was very good and included omelets and French toast.
Best part was it being connected to the underground subway and there was no charge to park."

"Staff was amazing - we had a problem with our TV, and within 5 minutes it was fixed. In addition to daily breakfast, they have "heal with warm soup" in the evenings, with free soup, as a majority of guests are there to get treatment at Mayo clinic. The free shuttle to the clinic is a great bonus, but beware, you are the last ones dropped off on the way back from Mayo, be prepared for a 45 minute return trip.
The room was clean and well furnished, the breakfast was good."

"The staff was friendly, but the hotel, rooms, and grounds needed upkeep and updates. I did not get the included breakfast. I did have a dog with me and had a room on the ground floor that I assume was regularly used for those with dogs. The chair cushion was visibly stained, the grout in the shower needed to be cleaned/replaced. The hotel is in a quiet area, but convenient to Hwy 35. I would not stay again, unless it’s remodeled/revived. "
