"Rude staff lied to me about checking out when I had a family emergency and had to check out a day early. The front desk Shelby said they would issue a refund after Expedia contacted them. But when Expedia contacted them they refused to and said I had to contact them directly when I did Shelby told me the manager John will call me back. He never did but I called back and he was very rude and uncooperative. They are the reason I will not stay with Hilton nor se Expedia again "
