"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one.
When we arrived, the room was filthy. The bed sheets were stained and appeared unwashed, the room was not properly cleaned, and it was completely unacceptable. We immediately reported the issue and were moved to another room, but it was in the same condition—dirty sheets and poor cleanliness.
The staff refused to resolve the problem beyond switching rooms and told us there would be no refund. We booked through Expedia, and...
