Our only complaint we have is there’s no vending machine or option to purchase snacks or beverages on site/front desk. "Stayed there between summer and ski season. Excellent value. Not particularly crowded. Easy drive to lakeside on the quieter north side. Staff helpful and friendly. At the foot of the ski runs literally at the base of the mountains. And on the edge of a great golf course. "

"Overall, the service was very good, the facilities were nice. I stayed in a townhouse and everything was clean and organized. Check-in was even earlier than the scheduled time, and all the cleaning staff were very kind, as well as the check-in staff and the front desk. "The staff is always so nice and professional. The rooms are clean, plenty of parking, it's quiet. The towels are okay but if you stay in hotels a lot like I do, you know they don't use softener due to people having allergies. The sheets are fresh and always clean. The water pressure is good too. The pillows are amazing!. All in all, I have stayed here before and will do so again. "

"Great place to stay in Tahoe. Quiet, clean, and cool cabin/ condo style place. Not sure if it was supposed to work, but the fireplace switch didn’t turn anything on. Also the control for the AC didn’t work, luckily the weather was mild. The description advertised incline beach being walking distance (11 min but it was actually more like 30 min) and it’s a private beach with no access. They should probably remove that as a perk of the place. There are public beaches close by, just not in incline...
