"It was really noisy. We were on the 2nd floor and there was a baby shower taking place in one of the meeting rooms. The bass on the music was extremely loud it was vibrating our room. Also the lady in the room next to us was talking so loud we could hear every word she said and she was in the room with us. We wondered if the door on her side for an adjoining room was open."

"I had a reservation for 4 nights, also received a confermation and itinerary number from hotes.com, but upon arrival I found that hotels.cim never made the reservation with the place I was staying.
