"I booked thru expedia. It said they had breakfast and a pool. They had neither. When we arrived a lady was asking for a refund. Our door wouldn't shut, no smoke detector in the room. Ice box didn't work. No light in coffee area . Our trash was not emptied the whole time we was there three days two nights bed not made. The light in the area where the sleeper couch was (the main one for the room) wouldn't go off with the switch by the door. Maintenance came. I was told there was a short in the...

"We stayed in a room on the first floor for 4 nights. The room was just one away from the pool, so I don’t know if somehow that was causing the humidity…but our room was humid to the point the sheets felt damp. The bathroom had mold in the corners and the non-slip area was dirty in the handicap bathroom. There were dust bunnies in the corners of the room. And the hallway had not been vacuumed the entire time we were there despite it being visibly dirty with chunks of stuff. Would not stay here...

"The pool was not opened they said that the pump was broken. So that was a bummer. Not to mention that the TV did not work either. Whenever I complained about the TV they said there was nothing they could do. I did ask the switch room so we can have a TV any. When I was showering the shower head came off and hit me the head. But the worst thing was the way the staff were so rude. We used to stay here all the time that used to be a nice place :-("
