"We didn't stay. From the owner asking us how much we paid to dodging a clothesline of underwear it was terrible. We had one look at the dirty room and the unsafe accommodation and left. Do not stay here. We stayed at the flora bay resort. Cheaper, cleaner and much nicer."

"Arnaque, j’ai réservé et j’ai payé mais quand je suis arrivée sur place la propriétaire m’a confirmé que ce n’est pas elle qui a publié l’annonce sur hotel.com
J’ai signalé ça à la plate-forme mais jusqu’à maintenant, je n’étais pas remboursé. Ils m’ont envoyé un mail pour me dire qu’ils attendent une réponse de l’établissement et tant qu’ils n’ont pas reçu de réponse, ils peuvent rien faire. Donc, j’ai été arnaqué et ils attendent le retour du scammer… c’est vraiment n’importe quoi et si on me...
