"I rented the penthouse with hot tub, and when I got there the room they took us to was a penthouse no hot tub. I showed my itinerary and they even told me to call Expedia to show them what I purchased and Maria wanted to argue that it wasn’t what I choose and that she was the manager. I again called Expedia to send me over the amenities included and sure enough the hot tub was on the booking. It took 2 hrs for us to get in the correct room. "Wow where do I start. It was unexpected but in a great way. The property is beautiful and you would not expect what you walk into from the entrance. The entrance is nice and has a small town feel but once you are in it's paradise. I enjoyed my stay very much. Donna the bartender was awesome. Edwin, Julio security was always available. the food was 5 stars... The pool amazing. They made me feel like family. The only thing I would say that they could improve on was adding a blackout curtain so...
