"Place needed to be clean up around property our rooms were clean, but the commode was so low. You could barely get up and down a lot of the lights didn’t work in room. A lot of power plug-ins didn’t work. Breakfast was terrible half the time there was no breakfast by 7:30 and breakfast time was 630 to 930 you could go down there by eight. Everything was gone and no more I will not be staying there again."

"The staff were very kind and helpful! However, the parking was TERRIBLE. The lot is shared with the buffet that is right there and there were barely any close spots. The rooms were dated and very dusty. The pool was nice and my daughter loved the slide, however. The breakfast was not great! We booked it because it said ‘buffet breakfast’ but it was a lie. We had the same offerings every morning of stake biscuits, scrambled eggs, and sausage. No cereals or oatmeal’s or yogurt. Definitely not what...

"My daughter and I loved the pool and hot tub. Beautiful rock waterscape near the pool. We walked down to the river and adored all the lush greenery and well maintained plants. They even had lime trees and papaya trees. Room was great but beautiful property. We’ve been to PF for over 30 years and first time staying here. We will be back! Snacks, coffee, donuts and my daughter loved the slushie machine! Wonderful staff greeted me as well. I received daily texts about roasting marshmallows and...

"I checked the reviews and they were 8+ I searched for a room for 2 people for 2 adults. I was given a price on Expedia. It said it was dog friendly. When I went to reserve the room most of them said no pets allowed. I then found one that did not say no pets and reserved it. The price was about 25.00 more per night. I assumed this was to cover the dog. When I got there, I was charged 50.00 plus tax for the 2 nights extra for the dog. I asked why the price was higher for the dog friendly room and...

"The rooms are incredibly old and the outside of my room always had spiderwebs on the outside of it, and there was always a bug inside my room. The pictures look much nicer. What the hotel actually is. They have tried to renovate it, but there are scuffs everywhere and you could tell it’s a very old property and they need to put a little more money into it for it to be better. The bathroom is incredibly small and tiny as well and not modern."
