"I’m usually REALLY easy-going about cleanliness, but the bathroom was filthy. There were pee stains on the toilet seat left from the previous people, the sheets had an odor that was really pungent, and there was ,what I’m going to assume was, toothpaste on the sink handle. The front desk was really cool, easy going helpful and understood that it was late and we just wanted to sleep. That was REALLY well appreciated"

"The curtains had fallen off the window and the door wouldn’t shut all the way, even when deadbolted. We told the staff and they refused to do anything about it. We booked a different hotel and checked out early. The woman who helped us check out was wonderful and accommodating and she deserves a much better job than the motel 6 in Denver."

"As soon as we stepped off the elevator on the second floor we had to hold our breath as there was a strong smell of used cat litter. The room was clean and i liked that there was an ice box in the fridge which is rare these days. However, the beds were very hard and the bottom sheet wouldn't stay put, every time you rolled over the sheet moved and got messed up. Also, the tile in the bathroom had a lot of peeling spots and mould between those peeled tiles which made taking a shower not...

"Booked on Expedia, was told that I will not get any services or points because I used Expedia. I put in a complaint to Hilton but did not hear back. The young man at the desk stated that all I saved by using Expedia was $10 bucks. I won't stay again. I am a long time Hilton member but will use another brand in the future. It would be in Expedia's best interest to look into stopping this."

"We booked two rooms. One of them smelled so strongly of cigarettes we had to ask for another room. Neither had hand soap-they put body wash by the sinks. Neither room had shampoo either-again there was body wash and they had conditioner. The rooms were okay clean but there was a lot of dirt in the corners and on walls. The front desk staff was kind and helpful and breakfast was okay."
