" would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The first room I was given reeked of cigarette smoke. When I went down to report it, the receptionist reacted as though I was being dishonest, which was both frustrating and unprofessional. "One of the most unforgettable experiences lately, room was newly renovated, very comfortable and had an amazing view to the college courtyard. Breakfast was way better than the ones in 4-star London hotels and the breakfast room is like out of Harry Potter books. Big thanks to the staff and Jesus college.
